I emailed an official letter to: [Email Removed] on 28 February requesting to cancel/terminate my business line (011) 436 2428 with immediate effect. To date, this request has not been actioned. Please can this be done immediately.
I am very unhappy with Telkom and the charge of R811.00 that was billed to my January 2013 account for unnecessary call out fees.
As explained to your consultant's on 10210 and as per the telephone call I logged, there was no technician at my property in December, so I don't see why I have to pay R811.00. I have paid the amount since, but this is where the bug stops.
I will get another supplier for our telephone lines.
Please cancel the line with immediate effect.
Please advise how I can obtain my refunds on deposits held by Telkom.
