Since 2 Dec 2012 my 8ta 3G stick has not worked.
I use the 3G stick on my router that sends out a wireless signal and then i connect my laptop, ipad etc via wireless. It worked fine for the first 4 months I had it.
I have reported this fault numerous times since December to the 8ta call center and still all i get back is that their technician and network department are working on it and will advise if it can be fixed or if I must cancel my two year contract. They also cannot tell what exactly the problem is. My case number for this is 3812506
However they still keep billing me every month for the connection i do not have.
Surely something else can be done???
