Cell C
Paying cellphone contract i never signed upfo

I took out a contract with cell c in 2011 with no issues.
Upon receiving my handset, cell c gives a second pre-paid sim card for free which i never used.

Suddenly, a year after taking out the contract, cell c started deducting my contract twice per month.
After MONTHS (since december 2012) investigation by myself, i figured out that the shop loaded the pre-paid sim as a second contract.

Thus cell c now ows me 10 months of payments and after reporting it to department, accounts department, customer service and the shop, i still have no idea if this is going to be sorted out.
