Basically mtn has introduced a new service called absolute and have done away with the previous service known has bis.the network has gone from bad to worse and its been an ongoing maTter with mtn I've reported to mtn on numerous occasions nothing seems to be done about service delivery and we pay the 59.99 a month and. Expect to use our service well for a month but the bad network poor pathetic internet andperformance is leaving me no choice but to change to cell c which seems to handle itself in a more appropriate manner if I donnot get compensation for my time lost money and pathetic service mtn gives thank you
