Pre - Mature Cancellation

I have submitted all documentation for pre-mature cancellation as well as paid my cancellation fee. I have called about six times - they said it will take 48 -72 hours once all documents received, they have confirmed all documents were received and payment is reflecting as well, it has been more than a week and still no-one has gotten back to me. I am just told that Thabiso in admin dept will contact me, every time I call. Please can someone else or Thabiso contact me to get this sorted.
