I went to the MTN store in Randridge mall yesterday (03-03-2013) for advice on how to delete the data off a blackberry. The store manager (Tsitso) said that it would take a few minutes to do. He "deleted the data" after which the phone showed a white screen with a clock in the middle of it. I waited over an hour and asked what was going on, I was told that it would be a few minutes more. After an hour and a half, the phone was still not coming on. I then asked for the manager's details (which took 15 minutes to get) and left.
The phone still showed the same screen this morning (04-03-2013). I called the MTN call centre and an agent had her supervisor call me back. She first said that she didnt know how she could help and then promised to call me back, I am still waiting for this call. I was also given an email adress [Email Removed] to address my complaints to (the reply from this address was "mailbox has been deccommissioned").
I than called Tsitso back, he basically told me that he is not at fault and that he had other customers to deal with and he "couldnt leave his other customers for my sake." If he couldnt help why didnt he just say so in the first place?
