Poor and Pathetic service

On 25/07 I took my blackberry in to this store as it was not switching on and I was served by a lady who looked less interested to help me (she was at teller 8) she removed the battery off my device and told me its liqiud damaged so it must be repaired in Midrand and it will take 2 wks. I then told her to test a different battery in my device and she went away from her desk and came back in about five minutes n claimed my battery is ok then I told her I ll take the phone to midrand myself and I left. Today i drove to Midrand and first thing that the blackberry consultant did was to put an alt battery n my phone worked, n he advised me to buy a new battery n there was no stock! had to go back to morningside n was issued ticket 2136 n Shaneez gave me a battery n paid but she couldn't give a slip as her printer was not working then I asked for a manager again to report this but I waited until I left the store after being in the store for almost an hour waiting to speak to a senior to report my first raw deal but they added on what they do best! WORST SERVICE EVER! INCOMPETANT.I ll wait for the store manager to call me as the floor manager/supervisor was busy for almost an hour to hear me out!
