I walked in to the store about 6:30 pm and needed to have 100 copies made from a pdf document (4 on a page). The manager said they could help me and that I should email them the pdf. I emailed the pdf to them and then waited whilst they served other customers. During that time the manager left (about 7ish). The times really aren't important. I waited patiently for about 20 minutes whilst they served other customers (there were 3 people on duty). Eventually I got irritated and asked if they had received my email. They said yes, and when I asked if they would print 4 on a page from the pdf, the lady in a rude tone commented that they couldn't do that from a pdf. They showed me that it would be a distorted image and I wasn't happy with that. They said that if I brought a jpeg file they could print it for me.By that I was highly annoyed as I had been in the store for the good part of an hour, only to be told that they couldn't perform the service they said they could. I said to the man "so you are telling me you just wasted an hour of my time" to which he replied "well we have other customers to serve." I think that this is a very inappropriate and rude way to speak to a client.
