On 8 July 2013 I upgraded my decoder. I waited 35 minutes for the call centre to reply, and then got cut off and had to wait another 30 minutes. The call centre agent was unhelpful and could not answer my questions. I asked to be put through to his supervisor as I would like to know what I am paying monthly and how it is made up. I was told he would phone me back. I am still waiting and in spite of sending in two messages I still have not had a reply. How can I find out what the charges are without wasting 35 minutes holding on, only to be put through to an incompetent call centre.
