3 times, still no luck

After spending 42 minutes on the phone with telkom to simply order my adsl line a rather long time ago, then being told my house is not on this planet, I decided to go visit telkom direct store in Centurion Mall, was greeted by very friendly and helpful staff, which made me feel a bit more confident. After 1:30 hours of getting details and filling all the orders i left feeling happy and being told I would be called in 5-7 days. After 2 and a half weeks went by I went back into the store to follow up (As the call centre is rather useless) I was told they would call me that following week. another 2 weeks went by and I decided to call the call centre. After another 56 minutes on the phone I was basically told my order from the store had not even been loaded onto the system, my address was still my previous residence, and I had to re-do my application. another week went by and I was finally called. When asked to confirm my address, the lady once again had it incorrect! The right area but wrong number. I corrected her and was told I would be called that same day. another 6 days and still nothing!
