Hi

My name is Nametius Khutsoane & I have top up contracts with MTN. on the 09/01/13, MTN Insurance sent a courier company to come collect my BB9780 phone after I complained about it not working properly & to-date I don't have the phone back. Herbet told me that I need to pay them to fix my phone and I've sent him mails with proof that my phone is still under warranty and he doesn't respond. I'm entirely not happy with this.

Last year I reported a Samsung Galaxy S2 which I got as an upgrade last year May and they took it in and wrote it off and said I need to pay R750.00 for excess because I have claimed before on the number and I refused to pay that because according to my understanding, an upgrade is a new contract therefore qualifies as a new insurance policy. To date MTN refuses to give me a replacement handset for that Samsung and I'm still paying for the contract.

Hello Peter please assist me because I don't know what to do anymore. I have a loan phone from MTN & it's also freezing and blocks my emails, I have to remove the battery for it to restart all the time.
