Barely 2 months after they made me write my previous miway post on hello peter while I was still on the line with them, complimenting them for moving my excess down to zero, they moved my excess back up to R 3, 300 - more than it used to be before I complained. They're saying that if I want a lower excess, then my premium is going to increase significantly. This would have been understandable if I claimed all the time, but I've been with them for over a year now and haven't claimed at all. Doesn't this just sound wrong? They basically bribed me with zero excess in exchange for a compliment on hello peter and then they just take their "bribe" back when it pleases them, but my compliment has to stay on the site for a whole year. I am definately going to phone around for quotes at other insurance companies. This is nonsense.
