I just check my cellphone bill, and each time i log onto the internet a 2 cents or 3 cents get deducted, besides that, i sent 2 sms to my husband after each other, i have 25 free sms, the first one was free and the second one i was charged R1 for? i downloaded something, from a website that another friend of mine also uses and was charged R122, whereas she does not get charged? i would like to know why BIS is included on my package but you still my money???
