This is the third time I am complaining about this and not getting anywhere.
After my last complaint where I swore you guys blind more empty promises were delivered.
YOU guys are owing me well over R1 500 and I am getting close to taking this further.
You say the R9/day is from me entering into areas where there is no cell c signal and it connects to other services for signal.
That is you're problem not mine.
I have asked for t this to be blocked NUMEROUS times but you cant help.
I ask for my money back, you cant help. You say you will get the people who are taking it off my account to contact me.
Other service providers, YOUR competitors, put blocks onto their numbers to disallow these extra charges to go through without the contract holders permission. Why cant you?
You are really useless. Don't bother phoning me, I just get told excuses. Rather email me and either give me my money back by the end of the week, or tell me how I can cancel this contract without paying in.
I will gladly give back the phone, and would much prefer this contract cancelled in a legal way, as your legal ethics and mine differ substantially.
