I would just like to inform the many consumers of what I was informed of by one of Edgars Call centre consultants.
On querying a bill I was informed that they charged interest of about 0.45 cents on a club fee.
Why do you charge interest on the club fee which is paid every month by the consumer?
45 cents might be small to 1 person but a few million consumers will make a good profit.
When asked for an email address to take this up, the consultant advised that they do not have a complaints address.
If I stand to be corrected, I would gladly accept this.
