Vodacom
Upgrade is a down grade as services not activated

I recently upgraded my cell phone contract last month, my new contract a talk 200 s included a 100 SMS and 100mb data. The last two where not activated by vodashop. I signed for them. Now vodacom customer care says they are there but no one can find them. It is costing me for data and SMS that should be in a bundle.
I have a limit on my cell as it is a company phone and o 4 march I have use 50% already. This is unacceptable. I need it sorted out now not next month...
