I am super angry at the moment, I contacted mtn on Thursday requesting assistance with my upgraded phone done on the 27/02/2013 I got the new BB Z10 I agreed with the bbm and facebook being charged now but I didnt agree to not having face book or my data going to the 0834967473 number I requested the sales consultant to please let the data go to my sim 083 290 7388 she said she would and pain R110.00 for a sim swap. the data still went to other sim I now have a phobe with less features then my last that I will pay R400 monthly for 24 months and have to load data bundles!!! i find this redicules and when i spoke to the managed she little if at all anything to do with phones upgrades and customer service I would now like to cancel my one contract 083 496 7473 immediately as I am still within my 7 days!!! I have been holdong on the phone for the past 20 minutes 083 173 - should be shut down...
