I took out a contract with MTN Gateway on the 16th of Feb, porting across from Vodacom as MTN had a better deal.
I still have not received my phone, almost 3 weeks later. They have my phone waiting in the store but they can not give it to me as they say the paper work has not been processed. I have called the call center almost everyday for the past week and no one can give me an answer as to why it is taking so long, just that it should be done the following day!!
I am sick and tired of waiting and calling. if this is the service before i even take out the contract, i would hate to know what it is like during.
It is absolutely disgusting, i have never ever waited this long for them to "process" a new account, it is supposed to be the same day as you leave the store.
I am really stating to doubt my decision as they clearly do not want new customers, your service is disgusting!!!
