I had a contract with Virgin Mobile, which I cancelled in June 2012 because of their bad service, they are continuing to debit my bank account despite the fact that the contract was not only cancelled, it has expired in September 2012 already.
I contacted Virgin Mobile customer care regarding the matter and I didn't receive any valid explanation why they are still debiting my account. They indicated that they have opened a case as the consultant also doesnt know why this contract was not terminated on their side and promised to sort out this issue in three days, its almost two weeks after that promise was made no one has bothered to come back to me.
The case number the customer care consultant gave me is 2889909.
