They billing system is so up that they own consultants don't have a clue what is happening. It is impossible to find out how much is due and for which period. Its so frustrating to deal whit they call centre that is when you get trough to the write consultant. One more think they supply reject laptops with the data contracts. I got HP which freezes constantly and with the previous contract supplied laptop was also faulty and trust me it is much less frustrated to deal with faulty, freezing computer than with addressing the matter with Nashua branch.
