At the end of 2013 i contacted my mobile service provider in order to cap my telephone bill spend at R360, of which i was guaranteed by consultant has been activated.
At the end of January 2014 my bank account was debited with the amount of R860!
I contacted the call centre to verify and rectify matter i was told no such alteration has been made to my account, there are no records on the system and i am liable as i was aware that i went over my limit!
I have been a client since 2007! is this what happens to a loyal client?
While writing this report on Nashua Mobile i have been on hold for 40 minutes with the call centre
and the call just got dropped.
There will be no record of Nashua mobile on my debit order list of beneficiaries!
