Cell C's Custmer Service - Non Existent

In Dec 2012 I decided to pay R1539.00 in order to have my Cell C contract cancelled due to the poor service received. I sent my phone in for repairs where it stood for 3wks while they needed authorisation for a repair (where nobody called me), they were too incompetent to check on their own system that I had taken an extended warranty which should have covered the fault on the phone. I then upgraded which was just the beginning of my nightmare!!!
I paid R1539.00 on 29/12/2012, made several calls to the call centre requesting for the contract to be cancelled (over a 3 wk period, not 1 call from Cell C to provide feedback). I then called the Head Office where I was put through to a CEO escalation dept where my query was resolved and my line converted to prepaid within 48hrs.
Just when I thought I was officially done with Cell C, they debit my account for R1620.00 at the end of February!!!
I phoned the Call Centre to query this and suprise suprise, nobody has a clue as to why my account was debited by this amount!!! If is wasn't for Cell C's 99c/minute call rate, I seriously wonder how they would stay operational with the call centre that they are running, it is absolutely ridiculous!!
