I cancelled my contract end of February because cell c does not offer the iPhone to pre existing customers so I decided to go to another service provider. I was told to call a number within 48 hours to confirm that my contract has been cancelled. I did so and received confirmation. I have now just received a bank notification that cell c has taken off the debit order for 3rd month after I have cancelled. I have tried calling the call centre, sent emails with no response. I would love to know if they will refund my money? Do I have to go to my bank to cancel their debit order? This is absolutely ridiculous...
