Vodacom debited R10 000 off my account for data usage on the 1 June after having been credited this money and assured that the money would not be taken off. It was OF COURSE taken and I am still waiting on a refund for this money. I have spent a month and a half on the phone with every useless call centre agent, waiting tirelessly on hold and having to verify my details ad nauseam.
I get sms's assuring me their agents will contact me within 24 hours and no one ever calls. I am going out of my mind as no one in that entire company can pull their finger out their to help me get my money back and there is a different story and a different "procedure" every time. I am convinced that no-one is actually qualified to make a decision in that entire company.
In particular I have been made promises for the refund/updates on progress and call backs by Michael Van Wyk, Candice Major and Craig Julius, to name just three of their agents I have dealt with and they should be without doubt be FIRED for their incompetence.
Nobody has the time or energy to waste on this kind of problem. Vodacom is an absolute DISGRACE to this country and I am officially no longer a client of theirs
