NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE

On the 14 of October 2013 i wrote on helle peter complaining about autopage cellular and how they d business with thier clients and how they dont explain everything properly. and now that i been waiting for them to get back to me when they said they would my account has been permanently blocked and cant use anything.
Autopage Cellular is the worst service provider i have ever been wit, thier customer service is terrible and they dont get back to thier customers. and now because they do that i am the one suffering without a phone because of thier incompatance and lack of service.i dont know how they stay in business when they are ripping off thier clients and not making it thier problem when something is wrong.
i been waiting almost 3 months now for them to sort out the problem, im the one who has to always contact them for them to sort out my account and when i do call they say they will phne back and never do.
its bull that i have to suffer now because of their mess ups and miscomunication explaining everything to the client.
