I bought a leather sleeper couch over a year ago and the leather has started to peal off and crack. I went into the store and this lady explained the guarantee was over but she can help through insurance I should call her the next day to inquire as to what can be done. I called and after a week I called in again she explained I should send her photos which I did and it's four weeks now that I'm waiting with no response every time I call in and give my number and ask for her to call back which she never does, I'm sick of having to call and call and receive absolutely no feedback or response, not once did she ever return my calls. This is very disappointing as I've never been late with a payment and I actually want to settle the amount but I'm too angry to even deal with these laid back employees. It funny when you walk in the store everyone runs to you to make a sale but they have this don't care attitude when you wish to enquire something or need help with purchased goods. I'm fed up of calling and receiving absolutely no service. It's disgusting!!! I'm really highly disappointed in this store and service!! Seriously 4 weeks that's a joke!!!
