The phone is in my name and my daughter uses it. I have give permission for her to speak to CellC directly more times I can remember. I dont want to speak to CellC as I dont need the frustration. Every month we tell them not to take the BIS from the contract money and every month they do. Every month the is disconnected and a frustrating process begins where I HAVE TO SPEAK TO CELLC. If you cannot sort this out, keep the thing disconnected and I will get my daughter a contract elsewhere. I dont have this problem with VODACOM.
