Mtn sim card inserted in my phone while booked

I took my cellphone 4 Repair As Cell C, When The Phone Was Returned The Back Cover Was Broken and I Found A Configuration Sms In The Phone Dated The Day The Phone Was Booked In. I Am Not Happy As No One Can Explain what Was Repaired on The phone. I Want To Know Why Was A Mtn Sim card Inserted In My Phone.
