MTN upgrade problems

0833893771 - Since the beginning of 2012 I received messages, to upgrade my internet bundle wiht the no in front, every time I went to the mtn shop, I was turned down and told "only in 3 months". So this went on. On 26/2/2013 I got another sms to upgrade. Sunday 3/3/2013 I went to FTZ cellular, Jannes, 044-887 0207, to upgrade. Again I filled in all the documents, for the 3rd time in one year, to be told I can't upgrade, the new upgrades are not loaded yet. In the new 'YELLO DEALS' book, mtn advertise a 2GB bundle for R129-00 per month, this is misleading advertising. How can a company advertise something and when you want to buy or subscribe, it's not available??? This is the incompetence and extremely bad service we pay for every day.
