Incompetent Service

I've received numerous numbers of escalation messages and have been inconvenienced and frustrated since 29 November 2013. I've been patiently waiting for more than a month to get some assistance and received none whatsoever. Our dsl and landline are still not fixed and we're desperate for both our services to be connected ASAP. If this incompetence persists for another week, we'll have to look elsewhere and cancel all our telkom accounts. I've had enough. 1070CRK291113 / 138CRK101213
