I sent shawn a couple of emails from February to cancel my gym contract, I sent emails till April for them to cancel the contract but they still called me and told me I have to pay for the gym fees, I told the lady who was calling me that I have sent an email for cancellation but she still kept on calling, next thing I know some company is calling me on their behalf to tell me they have listed me on ITC, for what? Who would be lazy to sent an email to cancel this contract of theirs. Unfortunately the emails I sent in February and March I can't retrieve them at work IT department can't help me but I do have an email I sent in April to tell them to cancel the contract, I even went there the other week and I found that they have moved, I don't stay in town anymore, I only went to the gym 3months but still paid for the full 12 months, I don't know why is it that Carlton Gym feel like they can drag my name into the mud like that, firstly I'm gonna take this to the ombudsman I'm going to send every proof I have of this, I'm going to report Carlton Gym for what they have done.
