Still not fixed

On the 21st of December I wrote a report on the horrific service I have received from Nashua Mobile, well, I eventually received my phone back on Friday afternoon. I had to return it on Saturday again as it was flat by 12pm after being fully charged and removed from the charger at 8am. This is a software issue I believe as it's not the first time I have experienced this. Apparently this phone was check in the shop before giving it back to me... really?
Currently my phone has been handed in the Durbanville branch as the Santyger branch was closed.

To date, not one person has called me from Nashua Mobile, even after I have asked on Twitter, in the shop as well as on this platform. I am asking again, can someone please call me with an answer.
