I logged this complaint on Hello Peter after my issue wasn't resolved with MTN for 2 months. Mantoa responded saying it was resolved (REQ:1602669) but IT HASN'T. In my previous complaint I explicitly asked for someone to call me because the issue is SO COMPLEX AND UP by now. My credit for R969 has still not been passed after 2 months and I had to pay this R969, which I was mistakenly billed for by MTN, in order to unsuspend my account on 8 Jan 2013. I have call reference numbers and promises coming out of my ears and no resolution yet!!! HOW LONG DO I STILL HAVE TO WAIT!?!?!?!?!?! CALL ME WITH ANSWERS AND SOLUTIONS!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK... I DESPERATELY NEED MY MONEY BACK!!! 1 MTN failed twice to pass a credit and now I had to pay them so I WANT MY REFUND AS PROMISED!!!
