I have been monitoring my husbands cell phone debit orders and the bill and noticed him being charged for an item called content charge, which we both had no clue about.I called the call centre and was advised it was for Oprah telecoms, we have no idea who this is and what this is for and its apparently relating to downloads.My husband does not use his phone other than for work calls and family emergencies, i have spoken to 2 people and requested that this be reversed both which promised mails will reach us yesterday confirming that this so called subscription which my husband did not request will be cancelled, these mails were suposed to have arrived within 15mins of putting the phone down, it's 24hrs later and it still hasnt arrived.I would like to have these funds all reveresed and put back into our bank account with immediate effect.This is not something that my husband has subscribed to and for not using this his bill is still increasing on a monthly basis, over the last 2 months we've had endless issues with MTN, paying insurance sending a phone in for repairs with no liquid damage having your phone returnd and it cannot be repaired cos of liquid damaged and being robbed.
