Shocking service

Sat morning 12pm I went to MTN shop at Howard Centre, Pinelands, Cape Town, The quesue was literally out the door! There was one staff member at the till and the only other staff member was sitting eating her sandwich and drinking tea, al the while looking at the long queue!! What ever happened to customer service? I am changing my network because MTN really delivers bad service. Have also had a very bad time with their accounts department. Atrocious accounting department! I have been disconnected since August!!! Why - no one seems to be able to help me. I don't believe anyone at MTN knows what they are doing. Never seen such confusion amongst staff in my life!
