This has been a long time coming... Not only is it Howard Centre but it is slowly happening to all the pick 'n pay's of Cape Town. At the till points staff have fat conversations in their own languages. Besides the judgmental looks they give, I feel that it is highly disrespectful! The bad attitude alone gets me so upset. Even though you don't want to work have the decency to smile! Another thing that is completely annoying is while they serve their staff members they take extremely long and have long conversations without apologizing for the wait! The service level of pick 'n pay is appalling! Staff and customer service training on a regular basis needs to be implemented! Effective as of now!
