So I phoned 808 to listen when Im due for upgrade I was informed 31 march 2013 went to nbrits mall they informed that I can come any time from 1st of march After long stories I got time off work and went to them just to hear now the date moved to 1st of April, how can the date move and why if I got wrong info from Mtn. Must I be the one that just need to wait... I will wait for ever because come April how will I know they wont move my date again... I left vodacom about poor service now it look if Mtn is giving the same low level of service does customers dont count any more?
