My husband has another year on his contract but the Cell C coverage has become almost non- existent. He went to complain at the store and was told yes they are aware of a Cell C problem in Gauteng. He asked why then is he paying for a service he is not getting? They said they would email him a form to complete. Why not let him complete the form in store? ( delaying tactic?)
He's still waiting for them to contact him.
