Handed in a contract cell phone to be repaired because it doesnt switch on and they have returned the cell phone not repaired and they are saying they can not repair it because its water damaged so there is nothing they can do so i will have to pay the phone which is not working. When i took the contract with them they did not explain the terms of their repairs and i went to them several of time asking them to change my residential address because i am not recieving them it has been more than a year and a half they have not changed them.
