Cell Phone not repaired after 3 attempt

I have waited for 3 months for my cell phone to be repaired. It has also been booked in three times for repairs and when i phoned to follow up they advised me that it has water damage. The first and second time they responded saying that they tested the phone and all is working 100% and now the phone has water damage. They never provide feedback and the service over the past year has been very disappointing
