I've ordered a data dongle on the 8th of Jan, I returned it the 10th of Jan. The reason, it doesn't work! I cant use it even if I want to. poor signal. So within 7 days (2 days actually) I've returned it, and Santi (the Lady who helped me at the branch) did log it on the system. Neotel's system should be of such that it accept the cancellation? Seems that they try their luck to still bill me for it. i went back to Santi (at the Bellville branch) and she did confirm that it was logged on their system. She phoned the department who work with the accounts, and they said we will do back payment in 21 days. To wait 21 days without payment with interest is bad for a company that just entered the market!! I expect this to be rectified immediately.
