At the beginning of the month, vodacom failed to debit my account, for some reason they just did not do it (according to them its because the 1st fell on a weekend). After two weeks they send me a threatening email telling me I better pay or else. I phone them, and according to them they are very sorry, its an error on their side and they will deduct it on the 13th. This morning, I check my credit card, and the amount of R1480.21 has been deducted twice. How nice. I phone them, and after a long hold their response is, I have to go back to my bank and cancel the one transaction, so I now have to fill in forms to log a dispute because of their utter incompetence, and they dont have they common decency to reverse the amount. Luckily, the 2 of my 3 contracts with them are up for renewal, so bye bye vodacom
