I had a terrible experience at Nashua Mobile in Alberton City, to the point where I cancelled the contract that I signed for a new Cellphone. To make matters worse, they then ported my existing Cell number to another network - 5 days after I had cancelled the contract in writing! I was unreachable for almost 24 hours and could not make or receive any calls.
I called Nashua Mobile, and I was fortunate enough to speak to a very helpful lady, Marie Gropp. She went out of her way to assist me, and took my problem seriously. She also provided me with constant feedback and did everything she could to get my problem resolved. I was pleasantly surprised when my cell number was back on the original Network, not even 3 hours after I contacted her. I cannot remember the last time I dealt with such a friendly, effiecient person. Thank you Marie, you have been an absolute star! I wish there were more people out there like you! You are definitely an asset to your company.
