I went for a sim swop two weeks ago at PDK De aar as vodacom outlet, the sales lady made a mistake by registering the sim card with a wrong cell phone number, now I am sitting with an invalid sim card. She promised to attend to the matter but till now nothing has happened. I keep going back to enquire but she keeps telling me sim cards have not arrived yet, she never makes an effort to contact me and to let me know what is happening. I nearly came to the conclusion of terminating my relationship with vodacom, as a contract holder, due to this bad service. Most of my colleagues adviced me against using the same outlet due to this known bad service. The fact that I am not having the sim card in order to can access internet is making my life a misery.
