I ordered a VODAFONE MOBILE BROADBAND USB SICK online via my account (I currently have 3 contracts with Vodacom and this to be my fourth.). I received a phone call from a lady at approximately 4pm who completed the application and it was processed. I was happy to receive my internet dongle today at about 10:30am. When I opened the USB stick and sim card Vodacom supplied, it was a MicroSim - the wrong one to fit my USB stick. I promptly phoned after sales to enquire about this problem. I was then informed that it will take 3-5 working days to get me a new sim card. This is not acceptable! I have not made the mistake and I expect better service from Vodacom considering that I have been with Vodacom for more than 6yrs and this my fourth contract currently!!!
