Administrative failure resulting in overbilling

Supplier unable to correct billing fault as reported previously, resulting in the BILLING for services not used.
Unable to refund the monies previously deducted, although admitted to be a problem.
2 Contracts cancelled (expired in March 2012) in November 2012, last billing date December - Still being billed for one of them??
