I took a contract with MTN and had problems with the Blackberry 9360.
This phone was thereafter dropped off at the MTN Store in Alexandra for repairs and I have received no feedback since then.
We have followed up on various occasions and havenow found out that the "Technical Fault Report" was signed by the MTN store agent.
I still have not receieved my phone back and would like this contract to be cancelled immediately as the service is pathetic.
