Cell C
Sim card not activated

I took a Cell C contract at Makro store, It was a combo package which included the phone, laptop and doongle. However the sim card for the doongle its not registered. I have tried to contract the Cell C contract centre to activate sim card however no one sims to help.

Its been 3 months since I took the contract and I am paying for a sim card which is not activiated.
