I entered into a contract with a consultant from Elite Mobile on the phone regarding an Alcatel one touch 850 which I was told is a touch screen, but today when I received my package in was totally wrong they delivered a wrong cellphone which is an Alcatel one touch 585 and is not a touch screen. I want them to collect the cellphone as I have 7 days to cancel and return the cellphone but when I call the the number 0861103195 the consultants drops my phone. I am not happy with the service and would appreciate it if they can collect their cellphone.
