VOUCHER BEEN USED

I have called CELL C since 21 FEB 2013 telling them im unable to use my R50 voucher to load my air time! it said this voucher can not be used I spoke to Maria, Happy, Tsepo, Pumzila, and last Leezan!!! First i was told its a network problem. Then I was told the voucher was used on the 6th of Feb at 9:30am! Then i was told its being referred to Technical dept which takes up to 48 hours! i eventually called again on Wed and the answer I got was 48 working bank hours basically! I finally go an sms yesterday saying Voucher had been used! Today I have Called 8 times only to be cut off! I am more than irate wish they hired people that knew what the was going on in the call centre! I am a manager of Restaurant who rides a motorbike and I was not able to load air time for 3 days I find this utterly ridiculous! What if something happen to me while locking up shop or on the way home? This matter needs to be addressed! SOMEONE WITH SOME SORT OF TRAINING AND PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE NEEDS TO CALL ME ASAP!
